The Painful Embarrassment
We are told that we look and sound fine, but we are not. We start to believe it is our fault that we are in pain. We become overcome with guilt. We become embarrassed that we we not living up to the expectations set before us. We want to hide away. We want to not look at anyone. We don't want anyone to look at us. So, we sit here and wait for a day that we can finally say that we are healed.
